We work primarily with mid-sized businesses in India — typically companies with 50–500 employees. Our sector experience spans manufacturing, procurement platforms, industrial equipment suppliers, and B2B SaaS companies. We work both on-site in Kolkata and remotely across India.

Depending on the engagement, we work on a fixed-project basis, a monthly retainer, or a time-and-materials model. ERP implementations are typically fixed-scope with a phased payment schedule. Digital marketing and ongoing support are usually monthly retainers. We discuss the most appropriate structure during our scoping call — no surprises.

Yes. We're headquartered in Kolkata but we work with clients across India — on-site where needed, and remotely for most engagements. We have clients in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, and across West Bengal.

A few things: our founder has actually built and run technology businesses — so our advice comes from experience, not theory. We're vendor-neutral, meaning we have no financial incentive to recommend one platform over another. And we stay engaged after delivery — we don't hand over a system and disappear.

ERP Consulting

A typical ERP implementation for a mid-sized company runs 3–9 months depending on scope, complexity, and how many modules are being deployed. We use a phased delivery model to reduce risk and get you operational on core functions faster.

Yes — this is actually one of our most common engagements. Poor adoption is usually a training, configuration, or process fit issue — rarely a platform issue. We assess what's working, what's not, and design a remediation plan that doesn't require starting over.

No. We are vendor-neutral. We work across SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Tally, Zoho, and custom-built ERP systems. Our recommendation is always based on what fits your business — not what earns us a referral commission.

AI Automation

It depends on where you are. If you have high-volume repetitive processes with predictable logic — invoicing, data entry, email routing, document processing — automation delivers fast ROI. If your processes are still poorly defined, we'll recommend fixing those first. We'll always be honest about the right sequence.

For focused workflow automation (a single process), you can see measurable results within 4–8 weeks. Broader automation programmes take 3–6 months. We always start with the highest-impact process first so you see ROI early.

Digital Marketing

SEO results typically begin to materialise in 3–6 months, with meaningful organic growth visible in 6–12 months. Paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) can generate leads within weeks. We're transparent about timelines and won't promise rankings we can't deliver.

We focus on channels that drive B2B pipeline — primarily LinkedIn, Google, and content/SEO. We don't typically run consumer social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook) as these rarely deliver the buyer intent signals that B2B companies need. If LinkedIn organic or LinkedIn Ads is right for your situation, we'll include it.

Custom Software

We start with an honest assessment. If an existing product — SaaS, ERP module, or open-source tool — solves 80%+ of your problem at a reasonable cost, we'll tell you to buy it. We only recommend custom development when your process is genuinely unique, the available tools don't fit, or the long-term cost of adapting to a generic tool outweighs building your own.

Yes. We offer structured post-launch support retainers covering bug fixes, security updates, minor feature additions, and ongoing optimisation. We can also hand over the codebase with full documentation if you prefer to manage it in-house.

Project costs vary significantly by scope. A focused web application or internal tool typically starts at ₹5–15 lakhs. Enterprise platforms with complex integrations range from ₹20 lakhs upwards. We provide a detailed scope and estimate after our discovery session — there are no surprises mid-project.
